Contact form. Your name, email address, subject, budget range and message. We use these to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a quotation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Careers form. Your email address and the skills you tick. We use these to consider you for work with us. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting.
Website statistics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We use this to improve the website. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.
Spam protection. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. It processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose only.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use these service providers to run the website, each acting on our instructions:

- Neon (secure storage of form submissions, EU region)
- Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox)
- Cloudflare (domain services and Turnstile spam protection)
- Google (Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies)
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job applications for up to two years, unless they lead to work with us, in which case we keep them for as long as needed for that work and our legal obligations.
Your rights
